What is DNS?

-Domain Name System (DNS) is the phonebook of the Internet. It matches your domain names and subdomains as well as other needed records to the correct IP addresses. For the DNS to be active, the nameservers will have to be pointed to your DNS provider. (your hosting provider, domain provider, or a third party provider such as Cloudflare)
