Check your invoice and domain to see if it has been paid for. Certain domains may need manual registration if automatic registration failed, thus it would be pending registration. This commonly applies to ccTLD domains.
If your domain is a premium domain, your order will be marked as pending registration, and subsequently marked as cancelled as we do not support premium domains.
