How to update Domain WHOIS/Contact Information

You may update your WHOIS information via your Z.com account>>Domains>> Setting Icon on your desired Domain >>Contact Information.

If you are updating registrant information, kindly verify the changes by clicking on the link in your admin and registrant email sent by Onamae to confirm and verify the changes.


-Click on Domains>>My Domains



-Click on the Setting Icon on your selected Domain



-Click on Contact Information


From here, you may manage and update your domain Whois Contact information.

For proper update of WHOIS, please do take note of the following:

(1st) First Change/Update details on your 3 contacts information:
- ADMIN Contact,
- TECH Contact, and
- BILLING Contact.

(2nd) Once 3 contacts above have been updated and saved, please go ahead and update the:
REGISTRANT Contact

Click save to update changes. Upon saving you will be asked to choose to where the verification email is sent.
Chose the second option [To both new Registrant and current Admin contact].

What to expect, after an hour or so you will be receiving 2 emails at (your-email@yourdomain.com), please open both and click the URL provided to confirm the changes.

Email Subject: [Z.com DomainService]Domain Ownership Change 承認依頼 yourdomain.com


Kindly note that to update the changes you may need to verify the changes via your admin and registrant emails if you are making changes to the registrant information.
